My Story
3 years ago I was stuck….
an Associate Partner in a large london Architecture practice, I should have been happy but….
I felt invisible, just being paid to keep my head down, busy with project work but I knew I wanted more.
The covid lockdown was my changing point (like many) I decided to re-engage with my love of drawing, started posted my work online and began building a small community around my passions. As I grew, I started to connect with other professionals in the built environment and form relationships with people I had never met. Over time, I began to speak about my experiences within the Architecture profession and offer support for others.
Sharing my ideas, opinions and experiences with honesty, openness and a dash of humour propelled me onto panels, podcasts and opened up a whole host of opportunities for growth and business. I now have circa 60,000 followers across social media and run various projects leveraging my personal brand.

NO, but posting online is the best way to start out and the most impactful return on your time. In the cohort we explore the wider ideas around personal branding, in-person networking, speaking events and podcasting opportunities.
How it works
Chris will teach you his whole system to scale your personal brand, leveraging LinkedIn.
The Interview
A 60 minute video call each month
To dicuss your latest work and projects, your aims for the month, your calender.
What we need from you
Access to your project photography, we might even ask you for the odd selfie!
Determining your specific situation, market and iCP alongside determining your broad and Niche topics
Review
We provide 2 weeks of content for review
Based on your agreement this then gets scheduled (or you can post yourself)
8 Week – Support & Review
You need to commit to posting 3 times a week!
We will provide ongoing support via our group community. Chris also provides weekly post by post feedback on what you are posting and how you are applying the frameworks.
