My Story
3 years ago I was stuck….
an Associate Partner in a large london Architecture practice, I should have been happy but….
I felt invisible, just being paid to keep my head down, busy with project work but I knew I wanted more.
The covid lockdown was my changing point (like many) I decided to re-engage with my love of drawing, started posted my work online and began building a small community around my passions. As I grew, I started to connect with other professionals in the built environment and form relationships with people I had never met. Over time, I began to speak about my experiences within the Architecture profession and offer support for others.
Sharing my ideas, opinions and experiences with honesty, openness and a dash of humour propelled me onto panels, podcasts and opened up a whole host of opportunities for growth and business. I now have circa 60,000 followers across social media and run various projects leveraging my personal brand.

Answering your most pressing questions:
Q. Who is the cohort for?
We only work with professionals in the built environment: Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Educators, Engineers, Estate Agents, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, Manufacturers, Planners, Project Managers, Suppliers (did we forget any?)
Q. How much time will it take a week?
Each of the 4 weekly sessions is 1 hour each, we also set homework so allow for 3 hours a week overall minimum. In the follow up 8 weeks you need to post a minimum of 3-5 times a week so need to allocate a further 3 hours per week to do this.
Q. Is Personal Branding just about social media
NO, but posting online is the best way to start out and the most impactful return on your time. In the cohort we explore the wider ideas around personal branding, in-person networking, speaking events and podcasting opportunities.

WEEK 01
8:00pm Monday 8th September – Introduction + Mindset
Meeting our group of leaders. Developing our new mindset and setting our growth goals
WEEK 02
8:00pm Monday 15th September – Strategy + Positioning
Determining your position within the market and creating a strategy around our ARCHI framework
WEEK 03
8:00pm Monday 22nd September – Content Creation
Determining your content pillars, both broad and narrow that talk to your ICP. Utilising effective tools to create content.
1:1 Call with Chris
A time to be arranged between the 23th – 26th September
Determining your specific situation, market and ICP alongside determining your broad and Niche topics
WEEK 04
8:00pm Monday 29nd September – Networking + Next Steps
Learning techniques to attract leads on repeat, network with purpose and create a system that allows you to stay consistent.
8 Week – Support & Review
You need to commit to posting 3 times a week!
We will provide ongoing support via our group community. Chris also provides weekly post by post feedback on what you are posting and how you are applying the frameworks.
All sessions will be recorded for you to re-visit later, you to have access to all slides, presentations and there will be weekly homework for you to submit.
